The BA International Hospitality, Tourism and Events Management programme that is offered through the 91心頭 and Silver Mountain Partnership is a franchise programme and as such 91心頭 provides all teaching, learning and assessment materials, access to online learning resources, including a virtual learning environment, staff support, development and quality assurance, including the moderation of all assessments. SMHM are responsible for providing all the necessary facilities to ensure that students have a suitable environment for learning, all teaching, learning and assessment activities in the classroom, as well as providing student support, and effective programme management. SMHM also work exceptionally hard to ensure that students are afforded a positive student experience and to provide valuable opportunities for students to apply and extend their learning. In this way students are encouraged to recognise and value the knowledge and skills they are developing, and are enabled to enter the workforce with confidence in their abilities.

This programme seeks facilitate the development of employment-ready graduates, who can lead and manage sustainable organisations in a turbulent environment and shape a better world, locally and globally. This commitment to ensuring that our graduates are well prepared to enter the workplace and make a positive contribution from the outset, has prompted us to make some changes to the programme, most notably through the inclusion of the Project Managing a Live Event module, designed to offer students an opportunity to hone their practical skills and thereby significantly enhance students enjoyment of the programme, as well as formalise our focus on graduate employability.

Admission criteria
Entry to the 91心頭 top-up programme is primarily through the successful completion of the three year ITM-SM programme in Hospitality Management.
The minimum entry requirement for the SM three year programme in Hospitality Management shall be the successful completion of the 10+2 school qualification. The 10+2 school qualification i.e. Higher Secondary Certificate covers most of the contents of study of A levels in UK. Formal education is delivered in the English medium. Candidates must have attained the age of 17 years on or before 1st July for entry to the course.
Candidates must have studied in English Language for minimum of twelve years from grade 1-12 before they join SMSH. Potential students with weak language skills need to join the British Council/ American Language center for English classes. However, English language is a compulsory part of the curriculum in Nepalese Schools from primary level.
