The MBA programme aims to ensure knowledge, skills and innovation to develop and grow a new or existing business. Admission criteria

The standard entry criteria are:

  • Undergraduate Qualifications - students who have successfully completed an undergraduate degree from a local University or UK Honours degree equivalent to SCQF level 10.
  • Professional Qualifications - students who have successfully completed a professional qualification equal to the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (at SCQF level 10) with evidence of professional membership.
  • CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting – students who have successfully completed CIMA Advanced Diploma are deemed to have the equivalent of RQF 6
  • ACCA Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Finance - students who have successfully completed CIMA Advanced Diploma are deemed to have the equivalent of RQF 6
  • Executive Diplomas awarded by State Universities in Sri Lanka - students who have successfully completed Executive Diplomas in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics and HR or any other related field awarded by state universities in Sri Lanka which satisfy the requirements of Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework for Higher Education SCQF level 10;
  • Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (CIPM) – Students who have completed the a certificate deemed to have been equivalent of RQF 6
